A Stallholder Application Form is to be completed upon invitation.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a stallholder at the Braidwood Farmers’ Markets (BFM).
The Braidwood Farmers’ Markets operates the first Saturday of every month from 08:00 – 12:30 noon.
We are located at the Royal National Theatre in Braidwood.

Application Process

1. Present an Expression of Interest to the Market Manager . The Market Manager will submit your interest to the BFM Committee.

2. If invited by the Market Manager, complete and submit an application form, along with a non-refundable application fee of $30.00. Submitting an application form does not mean you will be accepted as a stallholder, only that you have progressed to the next stage of process.

(a) All applicants MUST read and accept the BFM Market Rules prior to completing this form.

(b) All applicants must complete the application form and forward it to the Market Manager, along with other documentation requested within and the non-refundable application fee.

3. The Market Manager will advise applicants of the BFM Committee decision. The Market Manager will advise successful applicants of the procedure to be followed to participate in the Market.

NO casual ‘drop -ins’ are permitted to sell at BFM

As part of the registration process for participation at the Braidwood Farmers’ Market, all stallholders are required to be fully informed of and to adhere to the regulations pertaining to the Market Charter.

The “Statement of Acceptance” form is to be completed and signed by the principal producer/ representative, and returned to the Market manager prior to the next market. (The completed form can be handed in at the next scheduled
market or posted, if you will not be in attendance at the next market.)

It is recommended that you retain a copy of the completed Acceptance form for your own records.

The Braidwood Farmers’ Market through the sale of authentic Braidwood region producers, plans to develop a reputation of being one of the best markets in SE NSW. It is the ultimate aim of the Market Management Committee with all those involved in the markets to ensure this is achieved and maintained.

You are therefore advised that only produce which you have grown / produced can be sold at the markets. Any produce which the Committee feels does not reflect the spirit of the Charter will be removed.
